Jeff W. Parmer is an attorney in private practice in Birmingham, Alabama. He is a native of Russellville, Alabama, and is a graduate of Auburn University and the University of Alabama School of Law. After graduation from law school, Mr. Parmer served as a law clerk and staff attorney for the Supreme Court of Alabama. Mr. Parmer has been practicing law in Birmingham for over 20 years. He practices primarily in the area of real estate closing and title services.
Mr. Parmer is a member of the Alabama State Bar and is admitted to practice in all of the United States District Courts in Alabama and the 11th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Parmer is also a member of the American Bar Association, American Land Title Association, Southern Land Title Association, and the Birmingham Bar Association.
Alan C. Keith graduated from the University of Alabama with honors in 1975 and from the University of Alabama School of Law in 1978. He has been in full-time, continuous practice in the state of Alabama since leaving law school.
From 1987 to 2016, Alan had his own practice, the Law Office of Alan C. Keith, and provided a range of legal services to his clients. In 2016, he joined the Law Offices of Jeff W. Parmer, LLC, and concentrated his practice solely in the area of residential and commercial real estate closings. Alan has been married to Sheri Bishop Keith since 1983, and they have four children and four grandchildren.
